1、联想集团跨国并购案例分析摘要随着全球经济一体化和中国改革开放三十多年的发展,有一批中国知名企业已经成长到一定规模,在日本、韩国企业之后,他们都相继开始了国际化扩张和兼并收购的行动,向着自己国际化的目标靠近,比较著名的企业如TCL、联想、海尔、华为等。但中国企业在以跨国并购的方式走出国门的过程中,都分别遇到了各种各样的困难和挑战。本文以著名科技公司联想集团的两个跨国并购案例为切入点,阐述其跨国并购和整合的过程,运用分析、比较、归纳的方法,找出联想集团在跨国并购过程中面临的问题及其成功的经验或失败的教训，并从案例中抽取一些普适性的经验教训，推而广之，为其他中国企业所借鉴，促进
