3、养老问题关注甚少。而现如今由于部分农村生活条件差,加之农村社会保障制度长期发展滞后,家庭养老功能的不断弱化等等问题的出现和存在，严重导致绝大多数农村老年人处在家庭边缘和社会保障体系之外,生活堪忧。我认为农村老人养老福利保障等制度的建立和方式方法的探讨研究将是一个迫在眉睫的问题。关键词：农村老年人口养老问题AbstractFifthnationalcensusdatashowthatChina'selderlypopulationhasreached88.11millionpeopleage65andolderandaccountedfor6.96%of
