1、四川大学锦江学院毕业论文（设计）摘要【摘要】本毕业设计题目是自贡市瑞成酒店设计，该酒店楼的总建筑面积大约9412.52平方米，共九层，其建筑高度为30.3米。本建筑是采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。基础部分采用了独立基础和墙下条形基础。本设计包含建筑施工图设计、结构设计计算分析、结构施工图设计这几个部分，其中建筑设计主要依据环境、场地、建筑体型、建筑艺术和防火要求等进行；结构设计根据建筑设计的方案和国家的现行结构设计规范，进行结构方案的设计，初步估算构件的截面尺寸大小，然后手算算出各种荷载，采用pkpm2010PMCAD来进行结构模型的设计，采用pkpm
2、2010STAWE进行结构模型的计算分析，对结果做出合理的分析，然后再反复修改PKPM的模型，使之满足相关规范要求；并结合相关规范对细部进行处理，使结构满足构造要求。根据地质资料，初步确定基础的埋深、基础高度，采用pkpm2010JCCAD进行基础设计的计算分析。【关键词】建筑设计荷载钢筋混凝土PKPM结构设计III四川大学锦江学院毕业论文（设计）Abstract【pickto】ThisgraduationdesigntopicisZigongRuichengHotelbuildingdesign,thetotalconstructionareaofabou
