1、17文化安全的悖论与软实力的本质TheParadoxof“CulturalSecurity”andEssenceof“SoftPower”张福贵任传功FuguiZhang,James(Chuangong)Ren【摘要】在历史体验和未来想象中形成的“文化安全”命题，将是民族国家要长期应对的重大课题，要对“文化安全”战略进行积极性的理解。最强势的文化是最安全的文化，强势文化是通过文化自信、开放、创新、发展的实践逻辑获得的。文化安全不只是对于本土文化现状和当下价值的保护，而更是对于文化未来发展潜力的坚信和发展方向选择的认定。文化安全是在“不安全”的境遇中实现的，维持现状的文化安全战略将成为自我封闭

2、乃至保护落后的口号。文化软实力的本质是一种价值体系对世界的影响力以及世界性的认同程度，中国模式最终应该是一种思想文化模式。文化软实力的内涵不只是弘扬传统，而是传统文化、当代文化与人类文化的融合，同时不能缺少文化批判和文化反思的必要环节。通过“文化立人”来提升民族的思想质量和扩大人类的思想容量。【Abstract】The“culturalsecurity”propositionformedinthehistoricalexperienceandfutureimaginationwillbeamajortopicforanationtodealwithforalongterm.Itneedsve

4、lculturebutconvictionofculturaldevelopingpotentialityinthefutureandcognizanceofthedirectionoffuturedevelopmentchoices.Therealizationofculturalsecurityacquiresfrom“unsafe”circumstances.Tomaintainthestatusquoofculturalsecuritystrategieswillonlybecomethesloganofselfclosingandevenprotectingthebackwardn

5、ess.Theessenceofculturalsoftpowerisasystemofvalueinfluencingtheextentoftheworldandworldwiderecognition.Eventually,Chinamodeshouldbeakindofideologicalculturalpattern.Theconnotationofculturalsoftpowerisnotjusttocarryforwardthetraditionbutcombinetraditional,contemporaryandhumanculturetogether,andatthe
