3、e-sharingtoindividuals,sothattheyunderstandwhattheyareexpectedtodosupportthosecorevalues.Knowledge-sharingcanbeincludedasanelementofacompetencyframework,andthedesiredbehaviorwouldbespeltoutandreviewed.Forexample,positiveindicatorssuchasthoselistedbelowcouldbeusedadab
4、asisforagreeingcompetencyrequirementsassessingtheextenttowhichtheyaremet.Thefollowingareexamplesofpositivebehaviorinmeetingcompetencyexpectationsforknowledge-sharing:lBeingeagertoshareknowledgewithcolleagues;lTakingpositivestepstosetupgroupmeetingtoexchangerelevantin
