1、一工程概况1工程概述本工程为******扩建项目工程，建设地点位于乌鲁木齐机场院内。工程用地呈一字形，南北方向进深54.13m，东西方向长度为35.32m，总用地面积1911.87㎡。该工程总建筑面积1031.61㎡，地上2层，无地下室，建筑总高度9.3m，工程设计类别为三类，结构形式为砖混结构，建筑结构类别为丙类，设计使用合理年限为50年，抗震设防烈度8度，耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级。该工程平面按L型布局，尺寸38.13m×22.32m。一层为办公室、活动区、厨房及餐厅；二层为小会议室、办公室、阅览室，水平交通以2.4m走道联系。工程质量要求合格。

2、工期要求：计划于2010年7月15日开工，2010年9月25日完工，总工期73天（日历日）。2设计内容：2.1屋面（非上人屋面）：平屋面（自上而下）：附砂3mm厚SBS防水卷材一道，下附3mm厚SBS防水卷材；30厚C20细石砼找平层；1：6水泥珍珠岩找2%歧，最薄处10厚；140厚聚苯板保温层分两层错缝铺设；聚氨脂防水涂膜隔汽层一层；钢筋砼结构板。2.2外墙面：采用240厚KPI粘土空心砖外粘90厚EPS保温层。贴面砖外墙：1：1水泥勾缝，粘贴6-8厚面砖，3-5厚聚合物水泥砂浆粘结层，二布三浆保护层。Opinionsandsuggestionsonthe
