2、EarthHi-TechCO.,LTD.,Baotou014030,China)Abstract:ThereuseofREandcobaltinCo-basedmagneticscrapswasstudied.Makingsurefeatlixiviatedconditionisthat:200mesh,sulfuricaciddosageof1.4timestheoreticdosage,temperature90℃,leachingtime1h.Theresultindicatedthatlixiviate
3、rateofcobaltandrareearthattained97.8%,99.6%respectively.Theoptimumtechnologyconditionswas:Na2S2O8dosageof8timestheoreticdosage,oxidationtemperature80℃,oxidationtime2hour,pH=4.5.Rareearthwasprecipitatedbysaturated(NH4)2C2O4solution,afterroastingofrareearthoxa
4、late,receivedrareearthoxide.Thesamariumandgadoliniumsumrecoverywas96%,92%respectively.Cobalt-ironresiduewassoakedbyhydrochloricacid,theFe(OH)3waspreferentialsolution,pHwasadjustedto1.4byhydrochloricacid,Co(OH)3doesnotdissolved,Cobaltandironwereseparated,afte
