2、puter&CommunicationEngineeringChinaUniversityofPetroleum(EastChina)摘要网络系统是现代医院管理的核心内容之一，是现代化的医院进行办公协作管理的重要环节。医院网络系统是医院现代化管理的重要工具和手段，对提高医疗质量、促进资源共享、提高医院竞争力等具有重要的意义。传统的医院网络系统方式显得越来越不能满足病人的需求。日益增加的数据量导致了网络性能逐渐下降，查询和处理业务的效率越来越低，传统医院网络管理方式已经不能满足现在繁忙的医院网络系统。本文针对上述问题展开研究。首先，通过对当前医院网络系统的情况进行调查研究，分析了搭建医

3、院网络系统的重要意义，对当前系统进行三层模式设计。其次，系统在研发过程中经由对当前医院网络系统管理情况的调查研究，确定了本系统的硬件、技术、维护等各方面的可行性，总结了系统详细的业务需求、功能需求和性能需求。采用VLAN技术、防火墙机制、访问控制技术等构建本系统。医院网络系统采用双机部署的方式，增强了系统运行的稳定性。最后，对整个系统进行测试，包括稳定性、安全性、功能性等方面，在实际应用中取得了一定的效果，基本达到了预期的设计目的。关键字：VLAN，医院网络，访问控制，测试iDesignandImplementationofHospitalNetworkSystemJingCun(C
