1、中国人民财产保险股份有限公司沿海内河船东保障和赔偿责任保险条款（2010版）总则第一条本保险合同由保险条款、投保单、保险单、批单以及特别约定组成。凡涉及本保险合同的约定，均应采用书面形式。保险单中特别约定的内容如与本条款内容相抵触，则以特别约定为准。第二条凡在中华人民共和国境内合法登记注册，并经国家行政管理部门检验合格，在中华人民共和国（含港、澳、台地区）沿海、内河从事合法经营或作业的船舶，均可投保本保险。本条款所指的船舶不包括军事、政府公务船舶以及渔船和只在湖泊内航行的船舶，经保险人书面同意的除外。第三条保险人接受被保险人投保本保险合同的前提是，被保险人已经按照保险人或中国
