4、entalimpacts,framework,climate.1.IntroductionThereisanapparentlyunboundedrangeofpossibilitiesfortheselectionofbuildingmaterialsfortheconstructionofstructuresofalmostanyshapeorstature.Itsqualitywillaffectthestructurefunctionandlonglife,andrequirementsmaydifferwithclima
5、te,soil,sitesize,andwiththeexperienceandknowledgeofthedesigner.Thefactorsthathavethemostoutstandingsolutionsareimpermeability,controlofheat,air,andwaterflow,andthestabilityofthestructure[1-3].Rawmaterialsextraction,manufacturingprocesses,andthetransportationofthemater
6、ialstotheprojectsitehaveamultitudeofimpactsontheenvironment.Theseincludethedisruptionofhabitatsandecologicalsystems,useofwater,and,throughenergyuse,theemissionsofairpollutantsandclimatechangegases.Buildingmaterialsalsohavemajorimpactsonthebuildingoccupantsmanufacture,
7、constructionofbuildingsandtheuseofbuildingmaterialsmakeasignificantenvironmentalimpactinternally,locallyandglobally.Butitisnoteasytodeliverinformationtomakeadequateinclusiondecisionsconsideringthewholelifecycleofabuilding.Decisionsonsustainablebuildingintegrateanumber
