1、风险投资中风险分析与规避专业：会计学(ACCA)学生：李博指导老师：黄婕摘要风险投资业在中国的重要的初始时间点是全国第八届政协在1998年的时候提出“关于尽快发展我国风险投资事业的提案”和《中共中央、国务院关于加强技术创新，发展高科技，实现产业化的决定》1999年的时候颁布以后。目前风险投资业在中国有了很不错的发展，很多省份和直辖市都在各种资金的鼓励下和支持下开展了风险投资业。有许多国有企业和私有企业包括很多上市公司和证券公司都逐渐拥有了自己的风险投资子公司。虽然在中国风险投资业有相当不错的发展，但是
