1、AbstractInthecoalexploitingprocess,Coaldustisasignificanthiddendangerandthreatenshumanhealth.Thebasicpropertiesandwettabilityofdifferentcoaltypeswereanalyzed.Accordingtothewettingeffectofdifferenttypesurfactantsoncoalparticles,surfactantswithbetterperfor

2、mancewereselectedoutandwettingdust-fallagentwasprepared.Thebasicpropertiesof12typesofcoalsampleswasanalyzedincludingproximateanalysis,ultimateanalysis,particlesizedistribution,contactangleetc.inordertoanalysisthewettabilityofthecoalsamples.Basedonbasicpr

3、operties,thechemicaldustcontroltechnologywasintroducedthatsurfactantswasaddedintowater.Determinationofsurfactantmonomersandcombinationsolution,includingsurfacetension,contactangle,dustsettlingexperiment,showsthatthewettingabilityofwatersolutiononcoaldust

4、isgreatlyimprovedwhensuitablesurfactantsareaddedintowater.Thecriticalmicelleconcentration(CMC)ofmostofsurfactantsolutionsisabout0.06%.Withtheincreaseofsolutionconcentration,thecoaldustsettlingtimeisreducedandthewettingeffectisimproved.Inaddition,thesettl

5、ingtimeofsurfactantcombinationsolutionisbelow2minutes,whichisfarlessthanthetimeofsurfactantmonomers.Nonionicsurfactanthasthebesteffectonimprovingthewettingabilityofcombinationsolution.Andthesettlingtimeofcombinationsolutionwhichcontainsnonionicsurfactant

6、islessthan1minute.Butthecationicsurfactanthaspoorability.Inorganicsalts,includingNaCl,CaCl2,Na2SiO3,Na2SO4,wereselectedassynergistsandabsorbentagent.Theresearchshowsthataddinginorganicsaltsgoesagainstdustsettlingfornonionicsurfactant.Butthewettingability

7、ofanionicsurfactantisgreatlyimprovedasaddedinorganicsalts,andthesettlingtimeisreducedfromabout20minutesto1minute.Theabilityofinorganicsaltstoimprovethewettabilityofanionicsurfactantisinthefollowingdescendingorder:CaCl2>Na2SiO3>NaCl>Na2SO4。Intermsofwaterr

8、etention,fouroftheinorganicsaltscandelaytheevaporationofwaterincoalsamples.AndCaCl2hasthebestwaterretentioneffect,whosemoisturecontentisnolessthan5.71%,nextcameNaClandNa2SiO3.Na2SO4producespooreffect.Orthogonalexperimentof
