1、摘要木文从仓储管理的理论出发，分析仓储管理在企业发展中的作用与现状，进而运用库存控制理论，从仓储信息化管理和企业间合作两个方面探索提高企业仓储管理效益的途径和方法。最后从盛辉物流仓储的发展现状出发，分析A前盛辉物流仓储屮存在管理人才缺失、信息管理不畅等问题，尝试提出信息仓储管理优化策略。随着世界经济的复苏，中国物流业获得了短暂的春天。商业、生产制造企业、连锁超市、零售业等对物流、仓储业务的外包需求逐步增多，加之中小物流企业对仓储租赁的需求，使仓储业而临着巨大的发展空间。但仓储作为物流环节中最重要的一环，影响着我国屮小物流企业做大做强的
