7、工务段负责限高架加工的监督和现场安装,供应科负责相关机具、材料的租用和购买。施工负责人分别为:检修段限高架制作负责人×××,分管领导×××。工务段施工负责人:×××;分管领导×××。主管科室管理人员:×××;负责领导×××。2工程施工方案2.1开工前交底及开工准备会:运输科组织工程相关单位现场交底,确定限高架设置的详细位置(明确到具体尺寸)、高度。同时举行开工准备会,统一协调限高架制作与施工过程中的责任分工及注意事项,明确施工各工序检查和验收的步骤,确定开工时间。2.2钢结构制作:钢结构制作前,工务段试验5根钢轨按图纸的布置方法和跨度安装后
