1、摘要21世纪，中小型企业的数量不断增多，企业问的竞争不断加剧。一个中小型企业要想在当今的市场中站稳自己的脚跟，在帘场上占有一定的份额，得到更好地发展，就必须要重视企业新员工的培训，从公司和新员工每个人的角度岀发，进行一定的且有效的培训。但是当今的很多中小型企业在新员工培训中还存在着很多的问题，不知道培训应该如何进行。为此，本文选择中小型企业新员工培训作为研究对象，主要探讨中小型企业新员工培训存在的问题和对策，并以雅客食品为例，从其实际情况出发，总结、分析企业新员工培训方面存在的问题，并提出和应解决对策。最后，在前述分析的基础之上，希望能对促进我W中小型企业新员工培训的发展有所帮助。关键词：新
