1、摘要随着国民经济的发展和我国证券市场的完善，上市公司在我国经济中扮演了越发重要的角色，其信息披露的重要载体——财务报表也受到了广大投资者、政府、普通民众的关注，其披露的信息特别是财务信息是影响利益相关者决策的重要影响因素。本文先从财务报表以及财务报表分析的理论框架入手，了解了财务报表分析及其作用、财务报表分析的常用方法、综合分析方法；从一个财务报表外部使用者的角度出发，以上市公司“江钤汽车股份有限公司”对外披露的财务报表和年度审计报告为分析对象，依据财务报表分析的相关理论，选取江钤最近三年的财务报表，分析了江钤的发展战略及行业景，并逐次对

2、万科的资产负債表、利润表、现金流量表进行趋势分析和结构分析，对相关财务指标进行了分析，结合杜邦分析法来了解和分析公司真实的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量；根据上述战略分析和财务分析，综合评价该公司的经营管理，指出该公司存在的一些问题，并提出相应的建议，为利益相关者做出决策提供参考，并针对上市公司财务报表分析的局限性进行探讨。【关键词】上市公司财务报表分析江钤汽车AbstractWiththedevelopmentofnationaleconomyandtheimprovementofthesecuritiesmarketinourcount
