1、摘要随着中国加入WTO以及全球经济一体化进程的加快，EPC总承包模式由于其自身的优势受到更多业主的青睐，因而越来越多的工程采用了EPC总承包模式。EPC工程总承包是近10多年国际上逐步发展起来的新的工程承包和管理模式。加大工程总承包项目管理模式的推进力度，发展工程总承包是加快我国工程逑设项目管理与国际接轨的必耍工作，也是国际经济一体化、市场经济发展的必然趋势。在实践EPC工程总承包模式的过程中，也暴露出很多问题，如工程公司的专业化程度不高，企业高素质的人冰不足等问题。如何提高国内工程公司的专业化水平，

2、使工程总承包模式健康有序的发展，以适应国际化的发展，是目前需要解决的课题。本文从总体上介绍了论文的研宄背景、研究意义和国内外对于工程总承包的研宄现状。然后介绍了工程项目的定义，EPC总承包模式的定义、运行方式，与其他工程模式的区别。通过EPC总承包模式的项目管理应用研宂，从质量管理、进度管理、成本管理、风险管理等角度对项目管理进行了阐述，并列举了中国石油工程项目公司和工程设计公司承建的伊拉克R油田EPC总承包项目，针对管理过程中出现的问题提出解决方案。通过分析论证，在组织机构、培养适应EPC总承包模式
