1、摘要中小型民营企业经济在我国国民经济中占比不断扩大,而且这种发展趋势在未来数十年内将继续维持。我国中小企业的人力资源普遍存在问题,人力资源管理意识薄弱、管理方法脱节已成为企业发展的瓶颈。重视人力资源管理、从企业问题来进行人力资源规划是民营企业面临的一大课题。人力资源问题与对策研究有助于企业建立高效团队、调整人力资源计划、为企业创造并保持竞争优势,有助于提升中小型民营企业的竞争力。本文将以我国中小民营企业为对象,企业的人力资源问题与对策为研究重点,试图了解当前我国中小民营企业人力资源的发展现状,并得出解决得对策,引用民营企业的真实案例,
