2、ngingfromNorthAfricacountrieslikeAlgeriatoAsiacountries,areconcerningabouttheproblemwhichtouchesonmanyotherimportantandrelevantnationalandinternationaltopic,includingrefugees,humanrights,racialconflictsandtheundeniablegapbetweendevelopedanddevelopingcountries.Inrecenty
3、ears,thephenomenonisturningmoreseriouswiththecontinuallyincreasingpopulationofinternationalmigrates.Notbeprotectedbythecountriestheytraveledto,themigratesalsoarenotsufficientlyprotectedbyanyinternationallaws,andstillnoconventionalagreementhasbeenlaunched.Regardingthein
4、ternationalmigrationaffair,theinternationalcommunityhaslaunchedanumberofinitiativesandmeasurestotacklethisprobleminrecentseveraldecadesandprogresshasbeenmade.Establishedin1951,InternationalOrganizationforMigration(IOM)istheleadinginter-governmentalorganizationinthefiel
5、dofmigrationandworkscloselywithgovernmental,intergovernmentalandnon-governmentalpartners.With122memberstates,afurther18statesholdingobserverstatusandofficesinover100countries,IOMisdedicatedtopromotinghumaneandorderlymigrationforthebenefitofall.IOMworkstohelpensuretheor
6、derlyandhumanemanagementofmigration,topromoteinternationalcooperationonmigrationissues,toassistinthesearchforpracticalsolutionstomigrationproblemsandtoprovidehumanitarianassistancetomigrantsinneed,includingrefugeesandinternallydisplacedpeople.TheUNalsorecognizesthelink
7、betweenmigrationandeconomic,socialandculturaldevelopment,aswellastotherightoffreedomofmovement.UniversalDeclarationofHumanRights,proclaimedin1948,isacommonstandardofachievementforallpeoplesandallnationswhichhasmadegreateffortsonhumanrightprotection.Itcallsforallthenati
