1、论我国消费者权益保护制度的完善［摘要］自从我国由计划经济转向市场经济直至今天，怎样对消费者的权益进行保护一直是我国法学家和实务人士不断探索和讨论的话题。1993年，我国制定了首部《消费者权益保护法》，标志着我国立法对消费者权益的保护正式进入到国家立法调整阶段。而在此之后直至2013年,我国的《消费者权益保护法》一直未予以修改，明显滞后于不断发展的市场经济需求。2013年，我国对《消费者权益保护法》进行了较为全面的修订，将保护消费者的隐私权，消费者的惩罚性赔偿求偿权等条款纳入到《消费者权益保护法》当中，具有重大的进步意义。但是，仍冇一些学界和实务界长期讨论的问题未予以解决。其实

2、，消费者与经营者之间的法律关系不仅仅是《消费者权益保护法》一部法律所单独调整，需要经济法、行政法等不同的部门法中的法律规范相互的协调配合才能真正意义上将我国的消费者权益保护相关法律制度予以健全完善。本文正是从我国0前消费者保护的相关法律规定入手，讨论0前我国消费者权益保护的立法现状，并根据0前我国消费者权益保护相关法律机制的不足，提出进一步完善的建议。［关键词］消费者权益制度完善Concerningtheimprovementofthesystemofprotectionoftherightsandinterestsofconsumers[Abstract]Sincefrom
