3、sionalethicsandcaliber,safeguardingtheirlawfulrightsandinterestsandprotectingthepeople'shealth.Article2ThisLawshallapplytomedicalworkerswhohave,inaccordancewiththelaw,obtainedthelicensesofqualifieddoctorsorqualifiedassistantdoctorsandregisteredandareemployedinmedicaltreatmen

4、t,disease-preventionorhealthcareinstitutions."TheDoctors"referredtointhisLawincludelicenseddoctorsandlicensedassistantdoctors.Article3Doctorsshallobservegoodprofessionalethicsandpossessproficiencyinmedicalwork,displaythespiritofhumanitarianismandperformthesacreddutiesofpreve

5、ntingandcuringdiseases,healingthewoundedandrescuingthedyingandprotectingthepeople'shealth.Everybodyinthecommunityshallshowrespectfordoctors.Everydoctorshallfulfillhisdutiesaccordingtolawandbeprotectedbylaw.Article4TheadministrativedepartmentforpublichealthundertheStateCounci

6、lshallbeinchargeoftheaffairsofdoctorsthroughoutthecountry.Theadministrativedepartmentsforpublichealthofthelocalpeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshallbeinchargeoftheaffairsofdoctorswithintheirownadministrativeregions.10Article5TheStateshallrewardthedoctorswhohavemade

7、contributionstomedicaltreatment,disease-preventionorhealthcare.Article6technicaltitlesfordoctorsinthefieldofmedicineshallbeassessedandconferredinaccordancewiththerelevantStateregulationsandsoshalldoctorsbeappointedtopositionscommensuratewiththeirtechnicaltitles.Article7Docto
