4、sandtoproposeasystembasedonintegrationofintelligentM-Learningwithexpertsystems.Itactsasanintelligenttutorwhichcanperformthreeprocesses-pre-test,learningconceptandpost-test-accordingtocharacteristicofthelearner.Theproposedsystemcanimprovestheeducationefficiencyhighlyaswellasdecrea
5、sescosts.Asaresult,everytimeandeverywhere(ETEW)simpleandcheaplearningwouldbeprovidedviaSMS,MMSandsooninthissystem.TheglobalintentionofM-Learningistomakelearning“awayofbeing”.KEYWORDSExpertTutor,IntelligentTutoringSystem,MobileLearning,AdaptiveLearning1.INTRODUCTIONNowadays,resear

7、esandwirelessnetworkscanprovidetexts,videoondemand,andinformationservices.Learnerswouldrequiresuchtechnologyasappropriatemobiledevices,andhigh-bandwidthwirelessnetworks.Connectivityisalsoimportantbecausedisconnectioncausedbyhandoversseriouslyaffectthequalityofinformationservices.
