1、黄河科技学院毕业设计说明书第41页幸福社区物业管理系统的设计与实现摘要小区的物业管理是衡量一个小区是否现代化、规范化的重要依据。如果能实现小区的物业管理的自动化、易操作化，无疑将给管理部门带来很大的方便。小区的物业管理就是把分散在各住宅楼内的居民情况实行统一、集中、规范的收集管理，建立起分类编号管理、电脑存储查询等现代化、专业化的管理系统。小区物业管理为单位和个人提供信息咨询、收费查询、信息发布等服务。小区物业管理的对象是小区的住户居民及负责物业管理的单位。物业管理的自动化是当今社会的发展趋势。本系统
