5、es,usuallythe"producers"ofcreativeers."AccordingtoareportfromUSAToday(Cox,1996),theU.S.g67891011121314overnmentthreatenedtoimposetradesanctionsof$2billioninChineseimportsifChinadoesnotcrackdoericanpany.orevigorously,theChinesegovernmentsaiditilarduties.Througho
6、uthistory,internationalinfringementofcopyrighthasusuallyoccurredindevelopingcountries("consumers")edegree,copyrightcanalsobeseenasahistoricallyinevitabledevelopmentasnationsbeemorematureintheirknoe.Hoatured,Indiatookamorefavorablevieinishedsignificantly(Altbach
