7、–典当业务规程第一章总则【适用范围】第一条某典当有限公司（以下简称“某典当”）主要从事动产、不动产典当业务。本规程主要规范公司开展的典当业务。【制度目的】第二条为规范典当业务流程，优化服务和效率，促进典当业务发展，控制典当项目风险，提高经营效益，实现公司价值最大化，根据相关法律法规和某典当章程，制定本规程。【典当概述】第三条典当业务是指某典当利用自有资金或合法、合规融资渠道融资，在客户提供合法当物的前提下，向企业（不含某典当直接控股的子公司）、事业单位、个体工商户、自然人发放贷款的业务。在此，某典当是贷款人，企事业单位、个体工商
