7、影响摘要目的:本研究旨在观察和比较大鼠急性心肌梗死后运动训练的不同起始时间对其心梗后心室重构的影响,观察运动训练对心梗大鼠ST2、IL-33、hs-CRP及NT-proBNP水平和心功能的影响,探讨运动训练影响心室重构的可能机制。方法:选用健康雄性Wistar大鼠,通过结扎左前降支建立急性心肌梗死模型,根据心梗后1周或4周开始运动训练分为1周组(1W-Group)和4周组(4W-Group),1周组包括假手术组(1W-Sham,n=8)、安静组(1W-Sed,n=10)、运动组(1W-ET,n=10),4周组包括假手术组(4

8、W-Sham,n=8)、安静组(4W-Sed,n=10)、运动组(4W-ET,n=10)。运动方案为中等强度有氧运动,共8周。运动方案结束48h后心脏超声评价大鼠心功能,HE染色观察心肌组织学变化,Masson染色观察心肌纤维化,ELISA检测血清ST2、IL-33、hs-CRP及NT-p
