1、AbstractInjectionmoldingisanefficientandeconomicmoldingtechnologyforplasticproducts.Therearemanynon-linearanduncertainfactorsbetweenmoldingprocessingconditionsandqualityofproducts,makestheprocessparametersoptimizationandqualitycontrolverydifficult.Traditionalmethodsofregulatingtheprocessingisn
2、otonlytime—consumingandhigh—cost,butalsooverlyexcessivelydependentonexperienceandpastcases,anditsaccuracyisnothigh,cannotmeettherequirementsofnewproducts’SexpressProduction.Althoughthenumericalsimulationcallreducethecostoftest,andthesimulationresultscanalsobeacceptabletomakeaguidancetotheadjus
3、tofprocessparameters,buttheguidanceislackofquantitativeprecision.Toobtaingoodresults,experience,andrepeatedtestsarestillnecessary.DesignofExperimentcanreducetheblindnessoftrialanderrortosomeextent,andobtionthegoodcombinationofprocessingvariableswithinthetestingscope.Becauseofthelimitedvaluesof
4、pervariablestudiedintheexperiments,itisdifficultachievetheglobaloptimizationofthemoldingprocessparameters.Accordingtotheexistingresearchmethods,theauthoranalyzestherheologicalbehaviorofpolymermeltflowandheattransfer,aswellasthermoplasticinjectionmoldingnumericalsimulationtheory,useintelligento
5、ptimizationtechnologyintotheinjectionmoldingprocessparametersoptimization,obtainedsamplesdatafromDOEnumericalsimulation,establishallneuralnetensemble,thenusethegeneticalgorithmandfuzzyweightedscoretooptimizethenetmodel,proposedmulti—objectiveoptimizationmethods.Studyashell—typeproductexample,a
