1、大连理I：大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要中国平安保险(集团)股份有限公司(以下简称“中国平安“)是中国第一家以保险为核心，融证券、信托、银行、资产管理、企业年金等多元金融业务为一体的紧密、高效、多元的综合金融服务集团。近年来，随着公司财产险理赔业务需求的不断深化，原有的财产险理赔系统在客户差异化处理、成本和风险控制方面已经无法满足公司的需求，迫切需要建立一个更加完善而强大的财产险理赔系统。财产险理赔业务是保险业务的重要组成部分，财产险理赔业务的信息化建设极为重要。本系统在吸取各级管理人员、系统各类角色用户、系统开发及运营

2、维护人员在内的多方意见的基础上，对财产险理赔的核心流程和管理思路进行了仔细分析，并在此基础上优化和整合了现有业务流程。技术体系方面，本系统基于J2EE(Java2PlatformEnterpriseEdition)标准，采用MVC(Model．View-Controller)模式进行设计，并运用了Web四层体系结构(表示层、业务逻辑层、持久化层和数据库层)对系统进行架构设计，使用Struts和Hibernate框架技术进行开发。财产险理赔系统实现了公司财产理赔业务的全面E化，在为客户提供优质服务的同时，提高了员工的工作
