1、神经外科老年患者护理风险管理及效果评价郭翠霞张丽娜刘晓英刘秀杰杨华堂赵军苍邯郸市中心医院神经外二科河北邯郸056001【摘要】目的：对祌经外科老年患者进行护理风险管理并评价护理效果。方法：选取入住我院神经外科的40例老年患者进行护理风险管理作为观察组，同时选取未实施护理风险管理的40例老年患者的临床资料及护理效果反馈作为对照组，制定并实施相关护理风险管理规范，评价老年患者护理风险发生率，护理投诉，患者满意度，HAMA评分患者心理状况以及护理人员焦虑情绪改善情况，PSQI评分评价护理人员睡眠质量。结果：护理风险管理可有效减低神经外科老年患者风险事件发生率，降低患者护理投诉率，提高患者满意

2、度，缓解患者焦虑情绪，与对照组比较，差异均異有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施护理风险管理后，有效改善护理人员的焦虑情绪及睡眠质量，与护理前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：对祌经外科老年患者实施护理风险管理，能够促进建立良好的医患关系，缓解护理人员焦虑情绪，为减少神经外科老年患者的护理安全及加速疾病康复提供了有力的保障。【关键词】祌经外科；老年患者；护理；风险管理【中图分类号】R47【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1764-8999(2015)7-0478-01Evaluationoftheefficiencyofnursingriskmanagementon
