3、biologicalefficiencyupto80-100%.ThehemicellulosedegradationmechanismofVolvariellavolvaceaisverycomplex.Westudythehemicellulasegenesexpressionandcellulaseactivityinstrawmushroom,andtrytofindtherelationshipamongthehemicellulosedegradingenzymegene,enzymeactivity

4、andbiologicaltransformationefficiency.TheresultsmayhelptoimprovethebiologicaltransformationefficiencyofVolvariellavolvaceaandhavebenefitsforstrawmushroomindustry.Inpreviousstudies,thewhole—genomesequencingprojectofVolvariellavolvaceahadbeencompleted,andthegen

5、ome—wideframeworkmaphadbeenestablished.Basedontheseresults,wefindoutthegeneencodinghemicellulasedegradingenzymesbybioinformaticsanalysis.Hemicellulasedegradingenzymesstructurebetweengrass—rottingfungiandwood—rottingfungiwerecomparedalldtrytoexplorethereasonsf

6、orthelowbiologicaltransformationefficiency.1.Thereare17strawmushroomstrainsusedforfruitingexperiment.Throughcalculatingthebiologicaltransformationefficiency,17strainsweredividedinto9categoriesthroughsignificantanalysis:First,Pinyouyihao;Second,Vn一1,Z—VH3;Thir
