2、mancewereinvestigatedundernaturalandartificialcon仃olconditionsat、7l，uhanin2008and2009．13Xoostrainswereusedforidentifyingtheresistanceagainstricebacterialblight．SevenbreedingPTGMSlinesandtherecipientparentwereusedasfemaleparentsforcrossingtwosetmaleparentsbyNCIIdesign．111egeneralcombiningabilitya

3、ndthespecificcombiningabilityoffemaleandmaleparentswereinvestigatedandanalyzedforyieldandmainagronomictraitsintheyear2008and2009at瞄an。Severalheteroticcombinationswereselected．Themainresultsareasfollows：1．0fsevennewlydevelopedindicaPTGMSlines．thefertilityalterationandstabilityofYR7009、YR7014、YIUO

4、l6andYR7023weresimilarastherecipientparent(Hua201S)．But，theperformancesoffertilityalterationinYR7020、YR7026andYR-7027werenotsatisfactedforapplyinginbreedingpractice．2．Undertheartificialcontrolconditions，fouroutofsevenPTGMS1ines．YR7009、YR7014、YR7016andYR7023showedthatthecriticalpointtemperature(C

5、TP)offertilityalterationwaslowerthan23．5℃indailymeantemperature(19。C／nightand27"C／day)．TheCTPOFtheotherthreelineswasabove23．5℃．3．ThePCRanalysesoftargetgenewithmolecularmarkersilluminatedthattheBBresistancegene(xQ2landXn7、)werehomogeneousineachlinesand也qcanbeinheritedtothenextgenerationstably．4．T

6、heresultofresistanceidentificationinfieldshowedthatthevirulenceofPX099wasstrongerthanZHE173andPX061．SevenPTGMSlinescontainingBBresistancegenes(Xa7orXa21orboth)wereresistantagainstabovethreeXoostrains．susceptibletotwoXoostrains．FuJandYN24。ThelinescontainingXa7wereresistantagainstFuJandYN24．Thelin
