2、的同时，也纷纷试行新的仓储模式的构建，这种无奈之时的一招举措，是彻底扭转不利局面还是使企业推向更加不利的局面？本文正是立足于电商的视角,试图寻求一种仓储物流途径,在保证利润最大化、成本最大化、服务优质化、客户满意度高的前提下，从电商物流的几种仓储模式进行剖析，讨论了几种模式的利与弊，并结合实际情况需求，探讨电商仓储模式的最优决策，以对其进行全方位多视角地解析，以期寻到一种相对比较优化的仓储模式，进而提出一个可行的、合理的云仓储模式，并对其可行性和优势进行了相关论证，力图为电商企业及相关行业仓储模式的抉择提供可借鉴的参考。关键词：电子商务；电商物流；仓储模式；云仓储Title:TheWareh
