1、1.Globalmarketoverview【UnitedStatesDepartmentofAgriculture,August28,2014】WesternEuropeanoverview:Europeanmilkproductionisdeclininginthetypicalseasonalmannerwithincreasesoveryear-agolevelsdiminishing.EuropeandairymarketsmovedlowerastheRussianbanonEuropeanimportsweighedonmarkets.Theembargowasimplement

2、edforoneyearandwillhavethegreatestimpactoncheeseexports.TheNetherlands，Germany,andDenmarkweremajorcheeseexporterstoRussiainpreviousyears.Therehasbeenrelaxationofthebantoallowimportsforlactose-freeproducts，whichareinshortsupplyinRussia.ThedeclineincheeseexportstoRussiawillsmostlikelyleadtoincreasedpr

3、oductionofbutterandskimmilkpowder.Europeanmilkproductionincreasesinthefirsthalfof2014resultedinexpandedproductionofmilkpowderswithmarginalexpansionsincheeseandbutter.Butterproductionincreaseswerenotasrobust,duetolowerbutterfatlevelsinmilkdeliveries.EurostatdataonJanuary-Juneproductionofdairyproducts

4、showedbutterup2.9%andskimmilkpowderup9%，comparedwithyear-agolevels.Theincreasesinmanufacturedmilkproductsexpandedvolumesavailableforexportwithincreasesprimarilyinmilkpowdersandbutter.EurostatreportedEU-28January-Junemilkdeliverieswere5.1%higherthanthesameperiodin2013.Variousmemberstatesshowedthefoll

5、owingJanuarytoJuneincreases,comparedwithlastyear;Germany,3.6%;France,6.2%;UK,10.7%;Belgium,8.1%;Italy,2.8%;andIreland,7.3%.January-JlinemilkdeliverydatashowedincreasesforallcountriesinWesternEuropewiththeexceptionofSpain-1.0%，andGreece-5.9%.EasternEuropeanoverview:TheRussianbanonEuropeanUnioncheesei
