2、temporaryCitizens摘要：公民法制教育是公民教育的一项重要内容，加强公民法制教育建设有利于推动社会主义法制社会和和谐社会的发展。近年来我国在公民法制教育建设方面取得了较大的进步，但是其中也存在一些不容忽视的问题，比如公民法律知识缺乏、法制观念守旧、法制意识淡薄、不用法律手段维权、传统法制教育落后等问题，本文从法制教育的实际现状出发，从提高公民法制文明、完善法制教育机制、加强法制教育宣传、媒体正确舆论导向等方面给出了相应的改善建议。关键词：公民教育；法制教育；法制意识；法制观念；公民权力Abstract:Thecitizenlegaleducationisanimport
