2、会蒙受巨大的损失。因此，存货管理便成为了关键的问题。本文利用了存货管理的理论知识，对我国中小服装企业进行了研究。结合理论研究及实际案例分析的方法，并参考国内外的研究现状，对存货管理问题进行了梳理，介绍了存货及存货管理的概念及作用，总结了中小服装企业存货管理的现状。针对案例公司---曼思服饰，利用财务数据，分析企业所存在的问题，深入了解其存货管理的现状。最后提出应对存货管理现状的改善措施，使得类似于这类的企业能够更合理有效地管理存货，以防范财务风险。关键词：经济定量模型；存货管理；存货管理系统1AbstractWiththeconti
