2、ingonpublicspeaking.I.Whatisspeech?Andwhereisitcomefrom?Simplyspeaking,speechisthatsomepeopleusethelanguageandgestureasthewaytoexpresstheirownopinionsandpropositionsinpublic.Mostofchiefspeakersarefamouspersonsorsomeonewhohavespecialexperiences.Butnow,manycollegesa
3、ndclubsalsoholdsomespeechcompetitiontoexpandtheinfluenceofpublicspeaking.Withthedevelopmentofthelanguageinhumanbeings’society,humansstartedtouselanguagetoconveytheemotionsandfeelings.Gradually,humans’languagesystemdevelopedmoreandmorecompletely.Phoniclanguageasama
4、jorexpressionwayreplacedtheletters.However,peopleconnectedthephoniclanguagewiththebodylanguagefordeliveringtheirstrongeranddeeperfeelings.Thisprocessistheorigin.II.Howmanypartsofspeech?Generallyspeaking,therearethreemainpartsofpublicspeaking:First,accordingtoconte
5、nt,thespeechincludespoliticalspeech,inauguralspeech,conferencespeech,assemblespeech,militaryspeechandsoon.Forexample,thefamousspeech“IHaveaDream”,thisisaclassicalassemblespeech.Secondaccordingtothepurpose,thespeechincludespeechforentertainment,speechforscholar,and
6、speechforlobbyandimbueone’semotionandforlament.LikepresidentObama’scompetitionspeechfulloflobbiesandimbues.Third,accordingtothelocationofspeech,itincludesstreetspeech,churchspeech,courtspeech,classspeech,TVspeechanditinerantspeech.Asforus,wearefamiliarwithclassand
