2、alCommission(IEC)inordertosolvethosequestions.Thereinto,theactiveelectroniccurrenttransformerisconsideredasthemostfeasible.However,manydisadvantagessuchashighcost,lowgeneralityandintelligencewereencounteredwhenusingNormalIntegratedCircuitinthelow-voltageside.Anewdesigningmethodoflow-volta

3、gesidecircuitisintroducedinthispaper.IttakesadvantageofDigitalSignalProcessor(DSP)’spowerfuldataprocessabilitytorealizepreciseanalysisanddataprocessing.Moreover,theperipherycircuitofthismethodismuchsimplerthanabovemethods.Someparticularfunctionssuchasfrequencymeasurementandharmonicanalysi

4、scouldalsobeprovidedbyusingthismethod.Thefunctionsoflocaldisplayandremotecommunicationcouldbeselectedinaccordancewithrequirement.Themeasuringresultindicatesthattherationerrorsatisfiesthenationalstandardof0.1classtransformer.Andthismethodisquitegeneralforitsflexibilityofthenumbersofmonitor
