2、阐述了研究背景和研究意义；对国内外研究现状进行了探讨；介绍了本文的研究目的；介绍了质量和质量管理理论，质量管理的方法及手段；建筑工程施工质量管理的实践分析。以某具体工程为例，对建筑工程施工质量管理进行了研究与分析。本文基于ISO9000建筑工程质量管理体系，从而使得建筑工程质量管理更加标准化与规范化；对于建筑工程施工过程中的各种因素进行了分析；将质量管理的重点从事后检查转移到事前决策与控制，从而实现对建筑工程的质量控制。关键词：建筑工程施工；质量管理；控制AbstractConstructionprojectmanag
