1、摘要15吨自卸车液压举升机构优化设计Theoptimizationdesignof15tonsdumptruckhydraulicpressureactrisesorganization专业:学生:指导教师:2年月10日I--摘要摘要随着我国交通运输事业的飞跃发展,液压系统已经在各个领域得到愈来愈广泛的应用。为了实现卸货的机械化,从而减轻劳动强度、提高效率,便于卸货,许多农用运输汽车都设有专门的液压自卸系统,但是传统的液压举升系统仍然存在一些缺陷与不足:(1)选用多级伸缩缸,只能够适用在车厢倾角小于45度的场合;(2)为单作用单杆活塞
2、缸,需要靠车的自重来回程;(3)当车厢的倾角达到60到70时,则不能实现自由回程。本文主要对自卸汽车液压举升机构进一步改进与完善,自卸车采用的油泵、油缸、液压阀等液压系统元件均为高度标准化、系统化与通用化,是由专业化液压件厂集中生产供应,因此自卸车优化设计只需进行液压元件选型计算,在传统的液压系统的基础上,增加一个双向锁紧回路,并用双作用单杆活塞代替单作用单杆活塞,避免只靠自重实现回程的问题,可实现车厢较大倾角倾斜,方便自卸货物,并且精确度高。通过一系列的设计计算与校核,证明改进后的方案确实可行,在工程上具有更大的应用价值。关键词 自
