1、对公司的感想及工作建议篇一：入职感想和建议入职一周的感想和建议从2013年2月22日来公司报道，到2月28日正好一周。几天来，我认真学习了公司配发的《企业管理规范》中的各种规章制度，并与多位同事进行了沟通，从中受益不少。公司合理的建筑、道路布局，清洁的卫生、优美的环境，员工积极向上的面貌、领导扎实的工作作风都给我留下了深刻的印象，这对我今后的工作将会产生一个良好的影响。很感谢刁总为我提供一个展示才华的平台，更庆幸刁总给我这个机会来亨通公司与大家一起共同创造人生。这就是我入职一周的感想。通过七天短暂的学习和接触，我
