1、科技型企业信贷融资问题的研究摘要：近年来，随着科学技术的发展，科技型企业作为技术创新的关键力量与源泉，在国民经济的发展着占据着越来越重要的作用。随着高新技术产业的高速发展，科技型企业已经成为国内社会经济发展中最为引入注目，且最具发展前景的一类企业。但是，在科技型企业的发展过程中，需要巨大的资金投入，而科技型企业仅仅依靠内部资金的积累根本不能满足实际需求，因而必须要从外部进行信贷融资，这也是一直困扰科技型企业发展的主要瓶颈。因此，本文在归纳总结国内外关于企业融资这一问题的研究基础上，分析了银行关于科技型企业的信贷政
2、策，探讨了科技型企业信贷融资的影响因素，并提出了科技型企业信贷融资的路径选择，最后，以X公司为例，展开实证研究，希望能够为科技型企业信贷融资问题的解决提供一定的参考。关键词：科技型企业；信贷融资；因素分析法35ScienceandtechnologyenterprisescreditfinancingproblemsresearchAbstract:inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,scienceandtechnologyenterpri
