2、lumeofexporthasbecome122trilliondollarsin2007,whichismorethantheUnitedStates,anditbecomethesecond-largestexporterafterGermany.Meanwhile,China'soverallsituationofculturaltradeisnotoptimistic,andthegrowthofforeigntradeisfarbehindthegrowthofwholeinternationaltrade,andmanypartsofculturaltradehasfac
3、edthesituationofgreattradedeficit.Asanimportantpartofservicetrade,theculturaltradehasgetmoreandmoreattentionaroundthewholeworldbecauseofitsuniquepoliticalandculturaleffect.Moreover,asanimportantlinkofconstructingnationalculturalsecuritysystem,thedevelopmentofculturaltradereflectstheunificationo
4、feconomicbenefitandsocialbenefit,whichhasgreatstrategicsignificance.Chinesegovernmentalsopaymoreandmoreattentiontothedevelopmentofculturalindustryandculturaltrade.InJanuary2006,thepartycentralcommitteeandthestatecouncilannounced“severalopinionsondeepeningthereformoftheculturalsystem”,whichismai
5、nlytoimplementthespiritof16thNationalCongressofCommunistPartyofChina,deepenthereformoftheculturalsystem,acceleratethedevelopmentofculturalindustry,andpromotetheconstructionofsocialistadvancedculture.Thispaperstartfromthediscussoftheculturaltrade’stheory,combiningthequalitativeanalysisandquantit
