2、nningGranule6gcomposedornotcomposedofsibeliumcapsule5mg,soastofindthebestcombinedtherapyofTCMonmigraineoffeng-huo-tan-yutype.Methods:80patientswithmigraineoffeng-huo-tan-yutypewererandomlydividedintoShutianningGranule3ggroup（thefirstgroup）,ShutianningGranule6ggroup（thesecondgroup）,ShutianningGranule
3、3gandsibeliumcapsule5mggroup（thethirdgroup）andagroupusingbothShutianningGranule6gandsibeliumcapsule5mg（theforthgroup）.Allweretreatedfor28days,andthenbeingcomparedwiththechangesofheadacheindex,accompanysymptoms,SF-36,beforeandaftertreatment.Results:Thestatisticanalysisrevealedthatthefourgroupsaresafe
4、andeffectivetocuremigraineoffeng-huo-tan-yutype.Thetotaleffectiverateofthefourgroupswere45%,70%,75%and85%.Therewasquitesignificantdifferencebetweenthem（P<0.01）.Sibeliumcapsule5mgandShutianningGranule6grecipeimprovedheadacheindex,andraisingphysicaldimension,emotionaldimension,socialdimension,vitality
5、dimension,generalhealthdimensionandbodilypaindimensionoftheSF-36（P<0.05）,whiletheyhavecounterchange.Allaccompaniedsignsandsymptomswerenotimprovedinthegeneraltreatmentgroup（P＞0.05）,whileothergroups’symptomsroupswereimproved（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Theforthgroupcanevidentlyreducetheheadachebydecreasinghead
6、acheindex,andraisingphysicaldimension,emotionaldimension,socialdimension,vitalitydimension,generalhealthdimensionandbodilypaindimensionoftheSF-36,butitdonenotaccordwithevaluationofhealtheconomics,thethirdgroupmuchmoreaccordedwithevaluationofhealtheconomics,sotreatmentoptioncanbeselectedoveralli
