1、摘要通过对切割过程中刀片与茎秆相互作用的运动分析,得出切割阻力的主要影响因素,这会直接影响机械切割物料时的能量消耗。因此,在对国内外茎秆切割理论分析与相关试验研究结果的基础上,应用DDL-200型微机控制电子万能试验机对玉米秸秆机械力学特性进行研究,选择影响玉米秸秆切割过程的切割速度、切刀与茎秆相对位置、定刀型式(单定刀、双定刀)等因素进行试验研究,以探明茎秆切割力、切割功耗与影响因数之间的关系,获得试验条件下的最佳参数组合,为切割装置的改进提供依据。在上述试验研究的基础上,对9ZC-460型滚筒式铡草机的切碎器进行改进与试验研究。采用削切方式
2、改进后,各项性能指标均有了一定的提高,其中生产率提高4.87%,功率消耗降低4.08%,度电产量提高了7.76%。采用双定刀切割茎秆层进行试验,结果表明:双定刀比单定刀剪切功率可以降低8%-12%。关键词:铡草机;切碎器;理论分析;试验效果TheoreticalAnalysisandExperimentalResearchoftheChopperofHob-typehaycutterAbstractThisstudyanalyzedinteractionofbladeandstalksmovementincuttingprocess,reach
