1、基于变更发生预期的不平衡报价实现途径研究摘要近年来，我国建筑行业处于蓬勃的发展趋势，活跃的建筑市场也带来了激烈的市场竞争。大量事实和数据证明，在激烈的市场竞争下国内建筑企业也面临长期利润低下的困境。如何在确保获取中标的基础上进一步实现创收成为承包商关注的焦点问题。各种工程实践证明，不平衡报价是承包商在激烈的竞争中合理中标，合理获得利润最大化的重要方法之一。本文的研究重点是利用预期发生的变更进行不平衡报价。首先，从不平衡报价和工程变更的理论研究入手，找出两者的契合点，从而对预期的变更设计不平衡报价策略。本文利用文献分析法、鱼刺图法、案例分析法对变更的机会点、不平衡报价

2、的类型进行研究。对于本文利用变更实现不平衡报价的模型，是利用总结文献而设计的SEDA模型，首先对变更的机会点进行识别，然后对该变更的机会点进行评价，评价该机会点是否可以用于不平衡报价，然后对该机会点进行不平衡报价的策略设计，最后对不平衡报价的实现机理进行分析。本文对设计出的每个不平衡报价策略都进行了具体的案例分析，简单的结合了实际情况分析了不平衡报价的实现途径。关键词：工程变更不平衡报价投标报价策略ResearchonRealizationApproachofUnbalancedBiddingunderForeseeableVariationABSTRACTInre
