3、optimizationoftoothshape,andtraditionalsurfacetreatmenttechnologiesalsofacesome limitations,soitmakesgreatimportancetostudythenewsurfacetreatmenttechnologies thatareapplicableongears.High-currentpulsedelectronbeam(HCPEB)isanewandefficientsurface modificationtechnique.W

4、ithitshighenergydensityandhighefficiency,changesofthe surfacestructureareinducedandthepropertiesofthesurfacelayerofmaterialscanbe improveddirectlyandeffectively.Thisarticleoriginatesfromapartoftheprojectof NationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina,“thestudyonprocessandpr

5、opertyof surfaceamorphizedgears”(No.50775229).Thegrindedandnon-grindedoriginalgearsare irradiatedbyHCPEB,andtestofbendingfatiguestrengthoftheoriginalgearsand irradiatedgearsiscarriedoutonhigh-frequencyfatiguetester.Thestudyonaffectof HCPEBtobendingfatigueofgearswithdif
