4、jointis:·Misshapen·Verypainful·Swollen·DiscoloredSometimesitishardtotelladislocationfromabrokenbone.Itisbesttoseekmedicalattentionifyoususpectadislocation.Itisunwisetotrytoputadislocatedbonebackintoitssocket.Whentreatedprofessionally,youcanexpectthedi

5、slocatedjointtofunctionwithin24to48hours.Activitymayneedtobelimitedforthenextfourtosixweeks,though,togivetheinjuryenoughtimetoheal.Prevention·Protectapreviouslyinjuredjointbywrappingitwithanelasticbandageortape.·Wearprotectivepads(shoulder,wrist,knee,
