1、摘要随着计算机的飞速发展和普及，各种高性能的计算机及相关设备越来越多，计算机系统在人们工作和生活中发挥的作用日益重要，机房内的设备及环境必须保证时刻为计算机系统提供合适的工作条件，因而对计算机系统运行的环境及动力要求也越来越高。为此，对机房内部环境设备、系统主机及所属区域的工作环境状况、主要通道出入口进行集中监测、监控和有机管理是非常必要的。根据重庆市地税局信息中心机房的实际情况，结合目前机房集中监控系统的发展现状，对重庆市地税局机房集中监控系统进行了设计和实施。该系统可对机房设备进行全面管理，及时

2、、准确地掌握机房环境及设备的工作状态及参数。本系统将监控系统与安全管理系统集于一体。可成为调度自动化机房实现无人值守及安全管理的有效手段，以确保设备在相应的条件下正常运行和最大限度地防范事故及可能发生的人为损坏等情况。本文系统地分析了机房集中监控系统的发展历程，阐述了建立机房集中监控系统的相关技术，并在此基础上提出了基于LonWorks技术的集中监控系统，描述了该集中监控系统的组成和系统功能、详细讲述了系统的设计和实现方法，包括硬件设计和软件实现。最后，结合集中监控相关理论并以重庆市地税局为例，探讨
