2、尚多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将门诊157例尖锐湿疣患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为两组。治疗组79例采用光动力疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗，对照组78例单用光动力疗法治疗，末次治疗后连续随访6个月。第1个月每周随访1次，以后每71随访1次，连续6个月观察治疗效果及复发情况。结果治疗组的治愈率和笈发率分别为93.67%和6.33%，对照组的治愈率和M发率分别为83.33%和16.67%，两组的治愈率和复发率比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均未出现明显的不以反应，偶有患者出现轻度灼热感，个別出现轻度糜烂。结论光动力疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖
