1、护理干预在脑出血手术前后应用效果分析(江苏省如皋市人民医院脑外科江苏如皋226500)【摘要】目的：研究探讨护理在脑出血手术前后的临床应用效果。方法:随机抽取我院2012年2月-2014年2月收治的实行脑出血手术的患者120例为研究对象。并将其随机分成对照组和观察组，每组患者分别为60例。对照组患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组患者实施护理干预措施。比较两组患者护理满意度、抑郁程度与焦虑程度评分情况。结果：结果显示，观察组患者对临床护理满意度为96.3%,对照组患者对临床护理满意度为73.8%,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)；观察组患者的焦虑程度显著低于对

2、照组患者，数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)；同时护理措施实施后观察组患者焦虑评分为(36.3±1.65)分低于对照组患者(55.1±1.23)分，数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：在脑出血患者施行手术前后，采取护理干预措施，对患者手术的顺利实行具有一定的影响。同时还能够降低并发症的发生，促使患者保持乐观的心态，提高临床治疗效果。【关键词】护理干预；脑出血；手术前后【中图分类号】R47【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003-5028(2015)6-0646-02Thenursinginterventionincere
